In-Depth Tips for the Hot Yoga Balancing Series

The 26 postures and two breathing exercises that make up the original hot yoga (Bikram yoga), is a powerful complete body and mind workout. In particular, there are three postures—called the balancing series—nestled in the first half of class. It’s easy to say that these three postures will make your heart race, the sweat pour, and will challenge the strongest of minds.
